Overview
Arcade / Store Associates help create a fun, welcoming experience for guests by assisting with retail purchases, arcade operations, and general guest service in the resort store and game areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with store purchases and arcade games
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle card transactions
• Stock shelves and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and arcade areas
• Answer guest questions and provide basic resort information
• Monitor arcade equipment and report issues as needed

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Basic  math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Retail or arcade experience preferred but not required

Overview
Bartenders provide responsible beverage service while delivering excellent customer service in a resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Verify ID and follow alcohol service laws
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Operate POS system and handle payments
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory
• Deliver fast, friendly service 

Qualifications

• Valid Louisiana ABO card (required or in process)
• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Concession Stand Staff prepare and serve food and beverages while providing quick, friendly service to guests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards

Front Desk Associates are the first point of contact for our guests. This role focuses on customer service, reservations, check-ins, and providing a welcoming experience throughout the resort.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
• Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
• Process reservations and payments
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
• Resolve guest concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Overview
Grounds Crew members maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor areas across the resort.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care, landscaping, and debris removal
• Maintain walkways, roads, and common areas
• Assist  with seasonal projects
• Report hazards or safety concerns

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Dependable and punctual

 Overview
Housekeeping staff ensure cottages, restrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for guest use.

Responsibilities

• Clean cabins, restrooms, and shared facilities
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
• Follow cleaning and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift
• Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Overview
Maintenance Technicians support the safe and smooth operation of the resort by addressing repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Maintain  RV hookups, cabins, and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects

Qualifications

• General maintenance or handyman experience
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable and safety-conscious

Overview
Security staff help maintain a safe environment for guests during special events and/or overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Patrol  resort grounds
• Monitor entrances and facilities
• Enforce resort rules 
• Respond to guest concerns during events and after hours

Qualifications

• Reliable and alert
• Ability to remain calm and professional
• Crowd Security and/or overnight experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Team Members support daily operations across multiple departments at our RV resort as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, team-oriented, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities while helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist  guests with friendly, professional service throughout the resort
• Support  operations in multiple departments as needed, including front desk,      grounds, housekeeping, activities, or other resort areas
• Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across all facilities and      common areas
• Follow resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Respond  to guest questions or concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform light physical tasks and work outdoors as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
